Standard (Non-Holiday) Local Delivery Hours:
Monday-Saturday: 9 am – 9 pm
In most cases, orders received by 4 pm are prepared for next-day delivery or the specified delivery date. While we make every effort to accommodate your requested delivery date, please note that specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as the nature of the order, recipient availability, delivery zones, weather conditions, and other external elements.
Deliveries are scheduled within the hours mentioned above, and during the holiday season, these hours may be extended. We do our utmost to meet your delivery date, but we cannot provide an exact arrival time. Our gifts are hand-delivered by couriers, so please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery hours. If the provided delivery information is incorrect or incomplete, an additional shipping charge will apply for each delivery attempt.
To address any potential delivery issues, kindly provide a phone number for the recipient and include any special instructions in the "Additional Comments" section of your order form. Same-day rush or evening deliveries are available upon special request for an additional fee. Orders containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult; otherwise, they will be returned to us, incurring an extra shipping charge for a reattempt.
PLEASE NOTE: For free local delivery to apply to your order, ensure that your address is accurately entered in Google. Ensure the suite number is in the appropriate box, and avoid hyphens or periods. If you encounter difficulties, please feel free to call in your order. Our phone lines can get busy during the holiday season, but we will always return your call if you leave a message.
Delivery Costs:
- Local Calgary Delivery: FREE within 20km of the city centre (because of Calgary's large spread a nominal fee may apply for further suburban communities)
- Local GREATER Calgary delivery is based off kms (up to 40km from the city centre. This includes Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere and Okotoks)
Orders Outside Hand Delivery Area: For orders intended for delivery anywhere else in Canada, please call or email us for a quote. These orders are shipped through either Canada Post or UPS, or other common carriers with shipping costs and delivery date determined by package size, weight, and destination.
